I been craving Chippy since last month, but I am too lazy to go, and had not eaten this for years. I ordered their calamari. I noticed that they have changed their ordering method. I had the snack bag, thereafter the staff asked me to choose a dip, while failing to mention that I can choose a free dip of either ketchup, chilli or vinegar. So I just choose mayo sauce and need to pay 30cent more. I remembered it used to be free too. From my picture there's a fish and chip shape thing, so I thought

I remembered it used to be free too. From my picture there's a fish and chip shape thing, so I thought how come they mix in their BFF then I realized it was actually sotong.
Last time their sotong was nice, but this time was quite hard to chew, not QQ anymore. Waiting time took 10mins, service not very good.
