i must say after trying a few stalls that sell bbq chix wing, chong pang huat is the one that constantly pleases, the standard at its different franchise outlet is pretty consistent. Its usually slightly charred and cost $1.20. I like the fact that the chix wing do not have the uncooked inner portion like some other stalls. Also i think the chilli provided does bring out the flavour of the well grilled wing.
