The FoodBeing a chocolate lover, i decided to try the Fullerton Hotel chocolate buffet since is their signature. As shown in the picture, there are 4 cakes which are a must try (Coffee Chocolate Fudge, Fullerton Chocolate Cake, Manjari Lavender and Espresso Coffee Cake). The cake that I enjoyed and liked the most is Fullerton Chocolate Cake which is a combination of rich chocolate ganache, crispy feuillantine, chocolate sponge, finished with a dark chocolate glaze. Is a must try for passion chocolate lovers !!
Also not to be missed is the chocolate fountain with fresh cut fruits and marshmallows to dipped with it.
The Service
The service is very high class and the waitresses are friendly and with a smile when i requested for coffee
The Ambience
With the orchestra trio playing in the background, the ambience is relaxed and fantastic with nice decor and surroundings.
The Price
Reasonably priced at $38++ per adult to enjoy the wide variety and best unique chocolate

I will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this for all chocolate lovers !!
