I went to Toa Payoh after coming back from camp and i headed to this stall as I had a craving for the chocolate Milk Drink... I cant remember what it was... but i guess that they had a crazy idea... Established in Taiwan... This place offered a better approach by giving the top 10- must try drinks and this was no2 or no 3... costing around 3.80 or so i ordered 1 cup and was in heaven temporarily.... So awesome....
