Din Tai Fung is good at maintaining tastes and that's really high quality service!The Beef Noodles was so good!! It was not too salty nor was it too strong in the taste (浓) such that you gag. The beef was really tender! Usually beef can be quite hard in other restaurants and I'm glad the D.T.F. did a great job! The noodles did not stick together and was QQ~Every time, I would order this Drunken Chicken! It's always nice and the standard did not drop from the last time I visited this place! Hence

Every time, I would order this Drunken Chicken! It's always nice and the standard did not drop from the last time I visited this place! Hence my opening sentence.
Smoked Duck was new on the menu in September 2012. It was awesome!! The duck meat was really soft! The popiah skin was crispy and the vegetables used really made the entire flavour come out, it's very fragrant!
Wanton soup was really delicious! I love the wanton skin!
