Don't be tricked by the name of this restaurant! Having meal at Skinny Pizza won't make you skinny at all because the portion of the food here is generously big! But they taste so good that you wouldn't mind gaining one or two inches at your waistline. This place is quite eco-friendly where they recycled the old DVD cases to paste their food menu on. One should really try their signature squid ink pizza ($23)! The super thin crust is spread with a layer of sauce (super tasty) before topped with the fresh squid rings and rockets! The crust is so crispy that it would just crack upon biting, so it could be a bit messy, ladies.
Squid Ink Paella ($18) is delicious too, with lot's of different ingredients and the rich salty squid ink flavour. However, I find it a bit burn at the bottom that gives me a bitter taste.What a shame.
The Elegant Black Pepper Prawn Linguine ($25) is another must try too. The prawn is huge and so fresh that gives you a hint of crunchiness when you chew on the meat. The linguine is cooked at the perfect timing, with good texture and well-balanced peppery taste!
