Crystal jade kitchen is a Hong Kong style restaurant.They serve peanut as appertiser.I like this steamed fish.The freshness of the fish is still there.The soy sauce and the ingredient make the fish taste nice.The fish is so soft and smooth.This red bean soup is also not bad.The sweetness is just right.But i more prefer that they will cook it for a longer time,so the bean will become softer
