Twelve cupcakes is a popular and offers a wide variety of flavours to choose from! I decided to buy one cookie and cream cupcake. One for $3. It has a chocolate base with cookies and cream frosting topped with a small oreo cookie bit. The cupcake itself is moist, fluffy and delicious up to the very last bite!
