After my first visit to Forlino, I am totally in love with their awesome food and great ambiance. This time round, I tried the 5-courses "Degustation" set meal that costs $158++.The first course is the Pan Roasted Goose Liver with Lambrusco Wine and Morello Cherry. The goose liver was pan-seared till slightly crispy outside but retain the fat content inside. The reduction sauce of wine and cherry is slightly sweet and balances the greasiness of the goose liver so well. Second course, Black Cod C
