The layer of fresh cream was pinkish in colour and when I opened the box, I can really smell the lychee and the martini. However, for those who dislike alcohol, do not worry because when you taste the cake, the martini taste was not that strong. There was only a hint of martini. The texture of the cake was soft and fluffy with lychee fruit bites inside the cake. Personally, I loved it.
