If you haven't tried this Ang Ku Kueh from Poh Cheu before, I will strongly urge you to try it. In my opinion, it is the best Ang Ku Kueh that i have ever tasted. They have a wide range of flavours like durian, green tea, mango, yam, black sesame, coconut, red bean, peanut, salted bean and normal sweet bean flavours. Each costs 80cents. The picture shows the durian, red bean, salted bean and green tea flavours. The green tea is always my favourite as I love all things green tea and their green tea Ang Ku Kueh has a very fragrant taste of green tea. The Ang Ku Kueh skin has green tea taste as well, so it is not just colouring added to the Ang Ku Kueh skin, but really there is a difference in taste.
The durian is also good, the filling has just the right amount of durian flavour without being overwhelming. Expect 20 - 30min or even longer wait if you go during peak hours.
