This chicken rice stall is very popular! There is always a queue each time I visit this coffeeshop. At long last, I decided to satisfy my curiosity on the standard of its chicken rice, but could only master a takeaway version at best.On first look, it certainly looked like the rice overwhelmed the chicken meat. But you won't regret! The rice was absolutely delicious! Not overly flavoured with ginger, and not overloaded with MSG till it numbed the tongue. So good that I could eat the rice on
On first look, it certainly looked like the rice overwhelmed the chicken meat. But you won't regret! The rice was absolutely delicious! Not overly flavoured with ginger, and not overloaded with MSG till it numbed the tongue. So good that I could eat the rice on its own (with the suce over it, of course). The chicken meat was tender (btw it's breast meat there) and succulent. The spiciness of the chilli was just nice too!
For $3-$4, it was certainly a tasty lunch for me! I'll definitely visit this stall again, and probably ask for more rice?
