We ordered a mixture of dishes from different stalls and this is one of the dish that we ordered. As all of us are chilli lovers, we asked for extra spice and indeed the dish is really quite fiery. The kang kong is cooked just right, not overcooked or undercooked. The crunchiness of the vegetables is retained. It is also not too oily unlike some other dishes. All of us at the table loved this dish a lot. This is definitely our must order dish from this stall.
