I''ve heard so much about Green Pumpkin, a Japanese bakery located in a crowed Jap corner in Nex Shopping Mall. Adeline and I decided to check into this cosy area for coffee break and to try out come of their cakes. Oh well, i'm mentally prepared as i noe usually Japanese cakes taste slightly sweeter than our locals. The food on the menu does looks temptingAnd here comes our order....I'm disappointed with Mount Blanc Cake. there's a very hard and stiff piece of dessicated coconut cake among the

Oh well, i would recommend openrice readers to try out the bread and coffee instead. If u guys dun mind spending over the discounted cakes, try the fruit cakes. Should be safer ba at least the strawberry cakes taste like normal sponge mixed with cream and fresh fruit! Furthermore, all cakes and bread are going at 30% off after 9pm.
