After purchasing my betrothal gifts at one of the shops in people's park centre with my fiancee, was feeling a bit hungry. Happened to pass by this stretch of the 2nd storey and saw two stores offering dessert. Decided to give this store a try since it was more well furnished. - Tow Suan - the soy bean ( i supposed) was not too soft.
