I like this xiao long bao.It is very juicy.Although it is not nice as from the ding tai feng one,i still like it.The preserved egg and meat porridge is nice.It is very smooth and i like the softness of it.Add some ginger on the top of the porridge is really a right choice.I dint eat this,because i don dare,but i keep listening that my dad say it is very tasty.The skin is very crispy and the meat is nice.It is tender but is a bit hard.It is a bit oily,but it taste really nice.This siew mai taste

This siew mai taste normal,just like the siew mai sell at other dimsum restaurant.I enjoyed this meal very much,i like hong kong dim sum..!!!
