Akashi is a slightly more up-class version of Sushi Tei, with better set meals and rarer ingredients. It tends to get crowded fast so service can be a bit lacking at times. But overall the quality of food is good. However Akashi does specialise in sushi as well, and I really like the grilled anago sushi with it's unique coiled up shape, and their various aburi (seared) sushi, such as the aburi wagyu beef and aburi otoro sushi. They really melt in your mouth!
