Ho Huat Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee has been around for quite sometime in Boon Lay Place Market & Food Village. They are specialized in 2 kinds of dishes, Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee and Fried Rice. Ho Huat's plate of fried hokkien mee was rather unique and has its own style in taste. The stock they had used was quite clear with the noodles. Moist and tasty enough with added sufficient amount of seafood (prawns & sotongs). Squeeze the lime over the plate to add a refreshing taste to the dish. The sambal chilli tastes great on both its prawn mee and fried rice.
