Norwegian mango salsa salmonThe salmon is too overcooked for me, i prefer salmon to be a bit raw. The meat is a bit dry and hard, it becomes like chinese style fried fish. anyway the mango salsa helped a bit, make it more refreshing and not dull. The aglio olio is quite nice, full with the dry oregano flavour. The salad is also refreshing but the balsamic vinegar dressing is a bit too sour.
