To us, Din Tai Fung has always been a substitute for Crystal Jade if we can't find Crystal Jade in town. Dishes which we usually order in Din Tai Fung:1. Xiao Cai (Appetizer) - Very refreshing. There is a little bit of vinegar taste which makes the dish very appetizing. 2. Pork Chop Fried Rice - Big Portion. Fried rice is nicely coated with egg. 3. Steamed pork dumplings (Xiao Long Baos) - Small and thin skin. Not so juicy. Still prefers Paradise Dynasty ones!4. Beef noodle soup - Soup base tast
