Since the beef horfun is so good, I decided to bring my friend here for lunch as we are in the area. Since I have already reviewed the beef horfun in my last review, I decided to just zoom in on the extra plate of plate of dou miao which we ordered. As simple as this dish is, it is hard to execute it well and I must say it does it very well. The chef was able to cook the dish such that each dou miao retains its crunch and it is not lumpy or soggy. It is really one of the best dou miao that I had
