Hot Star Large Fried Chicken (已結業)

I was so thrilled to see that hot star opened in Singapore. I remembered buying it at shihlin night market and dan shui fisherman wharf when I was in Taipei. I ordered their ala carte chicken. It was a huge piece. The person only prepares the chicken when you order so the chicken is crispy. I love the outer coating, it is so crispy and they seasoned it very well. The inside chicken is so juicy and tender. even the juice that ooze out is so tasty. it totally taste like the ones I ate in Taiwan. N
