Emi cake is one of the confectionary that well known for their durian cakes, pasties and puffs. Attached photo is their signature durian puffs. The texture of the puff is soft and fluffy and the durian paste is also fragrant. Would be nice if they can use more durian meat to make their durian paste as I still think the paste is abit too creamy with not more durian meat mix in it. Still not too bad. My verdict: 6.5/10
