Today mother has bought a box of durian strudel in the afternoon for $5.30 and left a slice for me. I could smell it the moment I open the fridge. As you could see from the picture, the pastry is filled with thick amount of durian filling. The filling tastes very creamy of fresh durian fresh. So sniok! The puff pastry holding the filling is very light, crispy and sweet.
