I went to this coffee shop for my lunch and decided to order a plate of economic rice from the mixed rice stall. Since the coffee shop was quite crowded, I ordered a takeway instead. The varieties of dishes left are not a lot since I went late, and I simply settled for egg tofu, steamed minced meat and dried beancurd skin. The dried beancurd skin is surprisingly tasty even though it looks really plain. It is soft and yet still a little chewy. The steamed minced meat is quite saltish though, so
