If you are craving for Japanese food yet not willing to pay more, Umisushi might be one of the economic choice for you. Well, of course what you pay is what you get. Food here might not be super delicate and delicious, but it's definitely alright for that price. I personally quite like the Chawanmushi ($1.80), very eggy taste and smooth. Sushi wise, they are all pretty good. Lobster salad gunkan ($2.20) is recommended, the filling on top is quite a lot and taste good. Chuka hotate gunkan ($1.40) which is the Spicy Sesame clams sushi is well-seasoned. Chuka Wakame gunkan ($1.40) which is the seaweed sushi, has a good flavour too.
