Ah Yat Restaurant (已結業)

This Ee Fu noodles may look really simple and unattractive, but the taste is definitely very nice and delicious. The noodles are very chewy and easy to chew. Really enjoy the thick sauce used in cooking this dish which is not too salty and with the correct seasoning in it. The added thinly sliced chinese mushrooms in it also enhance the taste of the noodles as well.
