I was shopping at Bugis Street when my stomach started growling. Just when I'm giving up hope of finding a snack stall in the middle of the fashion street, I saw this! Four youngsters in the stall. Two taking orders and preparing the drinks and the other two is making the crepes. I was indecisive as to order the Mush mallow Choco or Egg Mayo Salada. In the end, I think I had too much chocolate so I ordered the egg mayo salada (egg, romaine, tomato, mayo)After my order was taken, I stood aside

After my order was taken, I stood aside waiting for it to be prepared on the spot. The guys were well trained and cooked the crepe calmly even though there was a long queue behind. I can see lots of ingredients were ended to my crepe.
It was delicious. The outer layer was piping hot and crispy but the middle part was soft and juicy as I bite into the chunks of tomatoes that were added in. It was a great snack to satisfy my sudden purge of hunger. 張貼
