Tong Heng Confectionery sells traditional chinese pastries and baked goods, and I decided to try their egg tarts. Their egg tarts are not conventionally shaped and round, but rather, in a unique diamond shape. You could savour their egg tarts after refrigeration, but in my opinion, that wouldn't taste as good as after you've heated it up again. The crust is not those melt-in-your mouth type, but a little more cookie-like. I like it as it is not too sweet.
