Crystal jade bakery sells egg tarts and char siew sou among other traditional Pastries! The egg tarts are passable with a custardy smooth filling that has a nice eggy flavour without being overwhelming. The letdown is the pastry though. While the texture is nice and flaky while being crumbly, it is really lacking is flavour without a nice buttery sweet flavour.
