My sister came home with a slice of the mini eggless Emicake. I suppose the unique feature of this cake is that it's 'EGGLESS' as printed in caps on the plastic cover itself and stated that it's a healthier choice.I'm not sure how they actually bake it without any egg because does that mean that more shortening is used? It was a coffee flavored cake, pretty alright I'd say. The coffee aroma wasn't strong though and the cake didn't have a soft/moist texture, in fact it tasted like it was a day or two old.
