The elegant tea saloon TWG will offer the Tea time set menus daily from 3pm to 6pm. For $32, you get to have a pot of TWG tea choose from the extensive tea list. A petite selection of three finger sandwiches, choose from either Vegetarian set, Royal set or Imperial set. I had the Imperial set, which consists of sandwiches filled with foie gras , chicken with Comptoir des Indes Tea infused with creme fraiche, as well as cucumber with cream cheese infused with Earl Grey Fortune. I personally like the chicken sandwich the most. The savoury filling infused with tea flavour is pleasantly tasty.
Also, the set comes with choices of either 2 freshly baked scones or muffin, or 1 patisserie from the trolley. I tried their baked cheesecake, very delicate and delightful.
