I was craving for oysters and escargoes so I decided to pop by Jack's Place just to try them. The oysters were reasonably fresh, although I tasted better. They were not too sweet and more briny than usual. The baked escargoes in butter were however done quite well. The garlic butter sauce was so delicious that I moped up the entire plate. The escargoes itself were fresh and very nice without tasting too strong.
