Heard of this famous heritage brand from many people and decided to give it a try since I was in Chinatown. Each egg tart costs around $1.50 and is one of its selling pastries. The egg tart is generally pleasing though slightly oily but still nice as the egg custard is soft and melts in the mouth. Other than the egg tarts, I also decided to try the red bean pastries and char siew su. The red bean pastries was a little too sweet for me but it tasted well with the sesame and well baked. The egg tart is generally pleasing though slightly oily but still nice as the egg custard is soft and melts in the mouth. Other than the egg tarts, I also decided to try the red bean pastries and char siew su. The red bean pastries was a little too sweet for me but it tasted well with the sesame and well baked. The char siew su melts in the mouth and unlike many other stalls who sell, the filling in the middle was not too sweet.
