Fatty Cheong store at Blk 6 Jalan Bukit Merah #01-120, ABC Hawker Centre Singapore (near to Ikea Bukit Merah) serves very succulent char siew, roast pork, roast duck and char siew noodles. The char siew meat and roast duck were very juicy and tender while the roasted pork had a very 'crispy' skin layer on the meat. The meats come with a sweet dark sauce. Very nice, 'sinful' meaty food and very long line of people waiting for their food during meal times. Can easily identify Fatty Cheong because
