Ding Tai Fung Tampines is where i started my xiao long bao (steamed pork dumplings) journey.I remember the long queue during dinner time but the staffs were very efficient in arranging and preparing seats for the next customers.The tampines branch is always packed during dinner time but I must say that they do serve up quality food and prompt service which is a plus point for me after the long wait.I first ordered their special Chilli crab XLB and the normal XLB and also their Egg Fried Rice and

I was swept off my feet when I took my first bite of the XLBs and i ended up ordering 1 more set.
