I was at Ang Mo Kio Hub and there was a Chinese New Year cookie roadshow. Many of the vendors mainly from Heartland confectionary or factory participated in the roadshow.The store which I stopped by was Dora Keiki. The pricing of the Heartland Confectionary is much cheaper than the stalls participated at Takashimaya. The price ranges from $15.80 and below. I consider the pricing is reasonable. At Dora Keiki, I tasted the pineapple tart. It was soft and butter flavour was not heavy. Otherwise

At Dora Keiki, I tasted the pineapple tart. It was soft and butter flavour was not heavy. Otherwise, the butter flavour could have overshadowed the pineapple filling and makes no meaning to have the pineapple filling. The pineapple tart is big and heavy.
The next item which I tasted was the green pea cookie. Instead of flour, green pea has replaced flour. Having green pea as flour base will make a healthy eating choice. However, gout eater will have to take note.
The love letter was thin and long. It does not break easily and leads to no waste of love letter droppings.
I love the pineapple tart and the green pea as they do not have butter flavour.
