This crispy fish and chips and fries is really similar to what they have in europe whereby the fish is served with vinegar instead of the commonly used tomato or chilli sauce. The acidity of the vinegar adds a nice touch and taste to the fish and although the fish was good, i found that the fries can be crispier.Add a little pepper and vinegar and enjoy this classic dish!
