Is literally called fish wrapped in paper and baked. Fish tastes very fresh though portion is abit small and just enough to fill a person's stomach. Costs $21 and is not very worth for a small portion though the fish is very delicious.The fish should have a bigger portion considering the price paid. Overpriced fish though the name is catchy!
