Strictly Pancakes is a hit with young adults and teenagers alike whom love pancakes. Reached there on a rainy Saturday afternoon and there was already a queue outside. Located in a two-storey shophouse the groud floor is where the kitchen is and the beverage counter as well as bench seats, whereas the upper floor has couches though not comfortable for eating.The Rum & Raisin butter was like run & raisin ice-cream with butter in it.
