Al 7th Storey restaurant, you can choose to have either steamboat (that you will most likely be seated outdoor), or ala carte dishes (indoor). I personally prefer the crab steamed with ginger and spring onion. The texture of the crab is so different due to steaming, the meat sort of falling apart when you tear it. The ginger and spring onion give a aromatic flavour to the crab. awesome to eat when it is hot!
