I am convinced that Drips makes the BEST tarts in SingaporeMy friends and I shared 2 tarts, one with peaches and blackcurrants and the other topped with blueberries and raspberries. One of the things I don't like about buying tarts from cake shops is that their peaches and mangos and fruits either come out of the can or don't taste fresh or ripe. But the fruits on these tarts from Drips? They are succulent and squirting with fresh goodness.
Each Giant tart is about the size of a fist and generously topped with fruits and custard. They have midi sized tarts too but I believe these are bite-sized. I highly recommend anyone to go down to their store at Tiong Bahru for a cup of coffee or tea and an awesome fruit tart (:
The menu changes everyday according to availability of fruits.
