I do not usually like white carrot cake but after tasted the one from this stall it has since changed it. They fried the soft and moist carrot cake with the preserved radish to give it the fragrant before added in a generous amount of beaten egg to fried it well to give the surface a nice layer of crispiness. The carrot cake was cut in big and chunky pieces to give it an extra thickness. This goes really well with my Kopi O.
