The aroma of evenly coated fried pieces of chicken wings can be smeeled a distance away. The crispyness of the chicken is really good and the chicken is not oily hence one can go on eating this chicken wing without feeling overly bloated due to the oil. Great with chilli sauce or on its own and the ginger slices on top of the chicken adds a new flavour and heat to the chicken.
