Seow Choon Hua Restaurant is rather rundown however there are several great foods. This is one of my favorite Fried Fish Soup in Singapore. Unlike those normal Fried Fish Soup, this fried fish is breaded. To some extent similar to those breaded Fish and Chip in Western Cuisine. The fried fish is also served in a separate bowl to prevent the fried fish turning soggy. How thoughtful of the Cook. The fish is crispy outside and moist inside.
