The standard of food of the AMK Fried Kway Teow at Ang Mo Kio Market Block 724 can be pretty inconsistent. I have tried a couple of times and sometimes it is very nice and other times it sucks. I am lucky today as the standard today is very good. The kway teow was fried perfectly, you can taste the nice smoky taste. The bits of fried pork lard also added to the fragrance of the kway teow.
