I has mentioned in the earlier review that this stall sells a number of food items and today, I am reviewing their fried oyster. They have 2 types, one is the normal one and the other is the fried oyster with egg. What I had was the normal version and this time round, it was the uncle who fried it. What I had was the normal version and this time round, it was the uncle who fried it. If you got him, his version will be more crispy and slightly bigger portion. Maybe men are more generous. The oysters this time round were bigger too. For $4 portion, you will get 4 oysters. The fried oyster was slightly more oily this time but as it was more crispy, it was more definitely more tasty. Had it with the chilli and it will be perfect. The chilli seems to be able to take away the oiliness feeling. Nice aroma and good taste.
