My grandma stays at Hougang area, thus will ways patronise this stall for its Satay. This stall is famous for its Satay, which are sold at $0.50/stick. Other than satays, they also sell Otah $0.50/stick and Fried Kway Teow ($3/pack)Today, its my first time trying out its otah. Its fish otah is actually quite spicy, suitable for those who can take spicy food. You can also find fish bites inside the otah, which is rarely found in otah. Worth a try if you hadn't.

The satays here are super awesome!! Ordered the chicken one and it was so good! The peanut sauce was super delicious and when u dip the satay in the sauce and put it in ur mouth, you instantly feel super happy!!! I guarantee u! The ketupat and cucumbers were good too! Quite fresh! The satays were not overly cooked and super burnt which made them good! One of the best satays i have tasted!!GO FOR IT!

Swee satay has sell char kway teow too. Their stall not only famous for their satays,but other food too. Their char kway teow is one of them. Auntie gave generous of kway teow, vegetables,cockles,slices of fish cakes and chinese sausages too. For three dollars a packet of the char kway teow,it was well worth the buck. Not to mention,it was very nice and tasty. I managed to finish it in no time )

Char Kway Teow is another item that this stall sells, besides satay, fried oyster, carrot cake. I had the char kwya teow with a little bit of chilli and it costs only $3. It was quite a big packet and the auntie gave a generous serving of fresh green veggies. Other ingredients include many cookles, slices of chinese sausage and fish cakes, and eggs. Swee satay's fried carrot cake was one of the nicest carrot cake I ever had. The carrot cake taste much nicer and fragrant, maybe because they added more carrots in the making of the cake itself. Once the carrot cakes are fried in sweet black soya sauce, it really smells fragrant and you can't wait to grab a bite of it into your mouth. Don't give this nice and tasty carrot cake a miss )

I has mentioned in the earlier review that this stall sells a number of food items and today, I am reviewing their fried oyster. They have 2 types, one is the normal one and the other is the fried oyster with egg. What I had was the normal version and this time round, it was the uncle who fried it. Satays at Swee Satay is so far the nicest one I ever tried. Normally I would ordered the mutton and pork satays only. The mutton satays comes with a little mutton fat on each stick and makes the meat tender and not too dry.
