A few of us were going to a friend’s house for a group study session. We decided to da bao food to her place. We went to the limbang food court and da bao from the seafood stall. The rice was very fragrant. They added quite a number of salted fish into the fried rice. luckily they did not fry the rice too salty or else the salted fish will cause the rice to be too salty. There were a lot of bean sprouts in the rice too, it gave a contrast in texture as the bean sprouts were very crunchy as compared to the soft rice. the rice was not fried too dry and it was rather moist. It was indeed really delicious!
