This has always been one of the stalls that i frequent on a regular basis for fried white carrot cake. I usually waited for the regular lady to be on duty to order. I like it with additional preserved radish added and to pan-fried it a little longer to achieve the crispy texture. The portion is getting a little lesser as compared to before. I like it with additional preserved radish added and to pan-fried it a little longer to achieve the crispy texture. The portion is getting a little lesser as compared to before. So, i always go for the $3.00 but even so, the portion is still rather little.
I was there this morning to take away a packet to have it at home. It still tasted as good though not the best. Nonetheless, this is still a good choice if i am too busy to make it to my favorite one at Toa Payoh.
